This essay will talk about the reflection of formal presentation and communicative skills. I used the same skills and steps that teacher taught us in the semi formal presentation, for example, I take care for eyes contact and make voice clear and loud, and moreover I have to stand in the right or lift the board because the audience want to see the board. In the last presentation the power point was not clear and I used dark color put for this one is very clear and I used light color.
This course was very benefits for me and the teacher make it very exciting and interesting .in this course I improved myself in a lot of things and I now the skills that we have to use it in meeting and presentation. These skills will help me in the future and I can present anything without scare and feel confident. The biggest challenges was the confident in the presentation but there are many steps to solve it like you have to work hard and do exercise in your home, another solves test yourself in your home before you present. I advise anyone in ADMC take this course with mr.Greogery because he very friendly and he will improve your skills.

Formal Presentation Summary Assignment
This is the report of my classmates’ presentation, Saif Saeed Alzaabi (ID number H00154890) and Sultan Malalla( ID number H00159996). Their presentation was held in classroom number T001, at 8:10 AM on Tuesday, 28th December 2010. Their topic was the Water Crisis.
Their presentation was good and well presented. They introduced the topic in an interesting way which caught our attention. They maintained good eye contact with the audience. Also, they were standing to the side of the board, thereby providing a clear view of the presentation. Another important point was that they didn’t read from cards, and they spoke loudly and clearly. From my view it seemed that they were well prepared and organized. They looked very confident.
The PowerPoint presentation was visually stimulating; there were 8 slides with the same good background in each slide. I think the text size, contrast and the amount of text used was fairly good. Also, the explanatory visuals were related to the topic. Finally, the animations and transitions were basic and thus did not distract the audience.
In summary, they did well in delivering the ideas of their presentation. They answered most questions asked by the audience, and they also concluded their presentation well; however I feel that with more practice, they could get even better. They could have provided better references to their sources of information as well.

semi formal presentation summary assignment
On Tuesday 7th of December 2010, my classmate Saeed Zaher Alnaebi(H00155113), made a presentation about “Car Computer” at 8:15 am in J33. In this report, I am going to evaluate and discuss his presentation and I will give some recommendations.
First of all, Saeed start with a story about car computer to attract the audience and that was a great idea to attract the students. The eye contact for Saeed was very excellent and he stands in the right side of screen to give the audience a clear vision for the screen. He has some cards to help him in the presentation and he did not read from the screen because he practices well and work hard to get high mark. The sound was very clear and the voice was very good and clear. The presentation seems organized and clear. Saeed look confident and he smile a lot.

meeting report
We had our meeting at 8:40 am on Tuesday 26th of October – 2010, all group members were on time, I’m in the note taker, Abdulla Alhosani was the facilitator and the member were AWAD and ADNAN. Our subject was talking about help improve students’ life at ADMC. The meeting was good and exiting because we covered all idea and suggestion we need, moreover this is my first time in the meeting and I like it. The weak point in the meeting was we did not talk about the next meeting. I learned a lot of thing from this meeting, the most important one is you have to be ready before the meeting start, another one, you have to listen carefully to others and give them their time, the last thing is I improved myself and I proud of myself. In the future I will use all command and suggestions that teacher gives it to me and I will happy to do any meeting without scare.
